As you work on building your relationship with Christ, you work on building up these different fruits of the spirit in your heart and in your relationships. You learn to remove all the negative aspects of your character, and build it up in a way that brings out all the best in you. You start loving not only yourself more, but others more as well. After a while you begin seeing love in a much higher and bigger way. You find that you are able to express this love in much higher and bigger ways.
