How can I get my wife back? Is that thought constantly going through your mind? I know how that feels, only too well. There is a chance you can reverse this situation though.
What can I do to help?
Take a time out. Away from your wife totally. Sounds silly but it works great. You can use this time to get your head into shape.
You can think about your plan of action while you are apart. You could just sit back and hope your wife returns anyway. Or will you take the steps needed to make your wife want to walk back through the door?
There’s another way the time apart benefits you. No contact means your wife will notice you aren’t around. And if you are at least in your wife’s thoughts and not her face that’s a good thing for you.
What shouldn’t I be doing?
This list could be way long! Do not in any way pester your ex. Calling, texting, following or god forbid, stalking your ex is a big no no.
Drink & drugs should never be used as an emotional crutch. Any of these stupid moves can kill your chances of getting back together for good. You may even wind up in trouble with the police.
The last thing you need to do now is wreck any remaining chance you have. If you blow it with a stupid move then any plan you have is worthless. One false move and BAM! Say goodbye forever.
Get your wife back with a plan.
The system is already out there waiting for you to grab it. As much as you hurt right now, you’re not the first to suffer a breakup. Far from it and you won’t be the last.
There’s a handful of broken hearts from the past that have put down on paper a set of ‘rules’. This is what you will use as your plan to get your ex back. You simply follow their instructions.
Question…will you just sit and wait for your wife to return to you? Best of luck to you on that one. Or will you decide enough is enough and make plans to get your wife back?
