A typical problem for friends of mine is their belief that you have to drop 50 pounds and/or be financially secure prior to being able to create long-standing love. This is of course a myth. This is just low self-esteem blocking you from being truly whole.

It is wonderful to desire to look your best, feel your best, have high self-esteem and feel good about your financial situation. It feels truly wonderful to feel secure, confident, and beautiful.

There are a MASSIVE amount of corporations that feed on peoples’ low sense of self-image. At some point or other, we have all fallen prey to buying that new piece of exercise equipment that promises to make it easy for us to tone up, slim down and own a beautiful body. Supplements, special diet foods or dieting plans, products for our hair, skin, teeth, libido, you name it! And these things are directly aimed at one basic premise – that we’re not actually OK the way we come.

We are so used to this type of thinking that we hardly even realize [what is. It is no surprise that we do this. After all, when we are born, at the beginning of our existence, we’re loved and treated as perfection – at least most of the time. Then soon we are compared to how the previous sibling evolved, at what time they developed this ability, sitting, crawling, learning the language, and so on. Our hair, our bodies and how they are the same or dissimilar to this one or that. “Oh, she looks just like Aunt Mary when she was that age.” You know the drill.

Begin by analyzing your recurring beliefs and emotions about your body. Most people don’t actually realize that they have stuck energy or feelings from these previous experiences. Negativity, whether pervading or mild, feels bad and many of us just learn to bury it, deal with it, or drive it further into the unconscious. These influential emotional experiences usually continue to be subjugated. We’ve all heard the term “emotional baggage.” We go through life with old unresolved, paining, intense feelings continuing to be held somewhere inside of us. Those emotions transmit to the Universe to reflect back more of the same. You can free yourself by improving your self-esteem.

Begin to transform your connection with yourself by creating lists of what you appreciate about you. What truly works about yourself? What can you appreciate about your appearance? Think of 10 affirmations every day that you truly love about your body. Do you like your eyes? Are you appreciative of working fingers? Make lists of the positive things about you and watch your energy and vibrational point of attraction begin to improve. You CAN improve your self-esteem and attract love.

Love is Metaphysical and it is the core of our personal development and spiritual evolution. Love reaches beyond our physical reality. Yes, love is a soul experience and when it is unconditional, its powers are far reaching.

Love is Metaphysical because it has flow and frequency. One could say there is a Metaphysics to love. And that would be to let it flow and as it flow, it heals, restores, and rejuvenates. Love is the key to our personal and spiritual evolution because love shows us how to grow.

Love itself is a universal and spiritual law. Love is the continual energy that flows throughout all life. The ALL is the source of love. The ALL is Supreme Love.

Many of us do not allow the vibration of love to increase the quality of our life for fear that it will compromise our intentions, desires, purpose, and ambitions. However, love is what makes our purpose possible. Love has the power to heal, motivate, inspire, and empower us. When we lack the motivation to live our soul purpose we must ask ourselves: “How is my love life? How is love flowing in and out of my life? What am I doing to increase the vibration of the energy of love?”

A number of us need to re-charge and raise our love vibration. Love is the most powerful energy in the Universe. When our love vibration increases, every positive thing in our lives increase-our wealth, health, wisdom. We lead lives of abundance and prosperity because the seed of all goodness in the Universe is Love.

The simplicity of love amazes us even though it is immensely potent. Just for a moment, sit and imagine a person you love and hold dear to your heart. Imagine their words as they speak. Think about all their acts of kindness. How do they know all the right words to say? How could their very presence make your heart beat a little faster and trigger your spirit to want more from life while discovering your life purpose?

Secret #4. Build a Friendship.
Building a friendship is one of the most important factors of a good relationship. You need to make sure that you work on this because it is this deep relationship that will take you far. This friendship is what will make a man fall in love.

Secret #5. Meet His Needs.
You will have to take some time to figure out what his needs are. However, once you do that you need to figure out how to meet hem. You should do this by listening when he talks, supporting him in all that he does, and by being the best friend that you can be.

These five secrets will make a man love, and love deeply. You can then grow a long and lasting relationship. Just be patient and work on building a relationship that means something
