“I frequently seem to attract a partner who’s emotionally unavailable. What can I do to alter my vibration”? This is a question that came from one of my clients. Interestingly, that was the main negative vibration I recurred from my lengthy history of relationship failures. They were either emotionally unavailable, lived far away or was travelling all the time.

When you keep attracting unavailable lovers, my question to you is, “Is there an aspect of your life that is afraid to commit, or afraid to be transparent in a love relationship”? That may be difficult to take in at the moment, but that’s what I find to be the case most of the time.

As a relationship life coach, I provide Relationship Life Coaching for Women. I also recommend that you get really clear about what you desire. Get clear by creating a list of the qualities you desire in your ideal mate.

You make the list for yourself so you can attain clarity concerning what it is you truly want. You’ll start to realize where any weaknesses are in yourself as you create the list. You will see where you should go to strengthen your level of creation or belief in the likelihood of creating what you are desiring.

To evoke the state of feeling happy expectancy, next ask yourself the question “Why do I want it”? It is time to use your imagination. When you answer this question, think of all the wonderful activities you’ll do together. Think of smiling, holding hands, and introducing him to your girlfriends. Envision what it’ll be like to be with someone who’s romantic and loves to bring you flowers.

You make the list for yourself, and the Universe responds to your clarity – the undiluted intention and unresisted desire!

Most of us have been trained from childhood to accept what you get, it’s not polite to ask for favors, why can’t you just be content with what you have? – kind of like programming. I suggest you ask for it all and keep feeling yourself into the fulfilment of your desires.

If you’ve tried repeating positive realizations, messing with vision boards and various other utilities to assist get you in the attracting mode and they haven’t worked, there could be a couple reasons. Affirmations and Vision Boards are tools you can facilitate when you want assistance in digging into that emotional place of what it’s like to have your desire manifested. If you’re practicing using these tools and not truly seeing the feeling place, then you’re just doing a repetitive action and won’t likely get a lot of positive output. If you are finding that feeling place and persistently not getting results, then chances are you’ve got more resisting energy than you realize. I was at one point in the same situation. I did not understand what was in the way. I had to get life coaching that manifested all of the difference.

Speaking of affirmations, remember the Universe mirrors your vibration, your aligned intentions, not the ideas you speak. So you can think and speak all day long, and if you’re projecting jealousy when you see someone else who has a thriving love relationship, you’re projecting a feeling of lacking. And not a thing has to actually change around you in order for your beloved to manifest. You do not need to relocate to a larger abode, or a nicer area, or a city that’s populated with singles or couples whichever way you view it. All you have to accomplish is begin where you are and end the resisting energy.

Imagine a scale. You know, the the scales of justice. Picture it equally balanced with no weight on either side. Now picture that each occurrence you put a positive intention over on the right side you put weight on the attraction side and each occurrence you have a doubting thought, you place a weight on the resisting end. Where do you imagine you actually weigh in? The funny thing is, I thought I was a positive person. Oh boy, was I wrong. Not only did I have a lot of baggage about previous relationships, but I didn’t even realize it. Along the way it’s helpful to have a Law of Attraction Life Coach who is skilled and objective who can understand to what is happening in your life and help you uncover the limiting beliefs.

The truth is, if you only practiced massive appreciation and stayed feeling good, you would be releasing a lot of resistance regularly and any of your wants would be created very darn fast. Do you ever question if you’re with the ‘right’ one? How would you truly know for sure? This is a question people ask me when the relationship has several ups and downs. The problem could simply be you are getting many mixed signals, or it takes a lot of grueling effort to have the relationshiop run smoothly. Do not get me wrong, a relationship  does take effort, but they need not be hard work. Communication is fairly simple. You can feel free to say what’s on your mind. When relationships become hairy, and they will, you have the courage and presence of mind to smoothe things over later on by taking responsibility for your actions or words.

A healthy relationship shouldn’t seem like difficult labor. Love and mutual respect are at the core of any relationship. That being said, you shouldn’t underestimate the power of the Ego to mess things up. Not understanding where you’re at in your personal development, it is difficult to know what’s occuring in your life. In any relationship, you have the ability to remake what you have. People who are single who desire to appreciate the Law of Attraction to create a relationship sometimes come to me for advice. They wonder, “Can you attract an incompatible lover?” The answer to that is Yes and No. I’ll elaborate. You attract the “Wrong” lover with a basis on what it is you say you want. In other words, your positive thoughts are projecting “I desire a person who’s fun, loving, and passionate. Someone who treats me well” but your true subconscious intention is something more to the tune of … “I never get the correct woman. Why is it my friends have such an easy time of it? What is wrong with me? Where are all of the single right for me women? And so on. So you’re going to be attracting more about what you are subconsciously wanting and what you’re expecting to occur. So is she incorrect? Or is your thought pattern incorrect? The Law of Attraction states what you pay attention to you attain more of. So if you’re not in a relationship and are looking for a love, you need to focus on what it’s like to be in a love relationship, not the converse.

A good way to improve your thinking on this is by using a powerful tool that Abraham-Hicks teaches called Book of Positive Aspects. This is a powerful tool for creating a Love with the Law of Attraction.

You should wield this tool when you see you have some negative emotion and need to keep shifting your attention and find a better feeling mindset. When you want to strengthen your threshold of attraction because you’ve got some negative energy. Here’s how it works: you need to do this in written form to help acquire the hang of it. I really suggest that you always handwrite a Book of Positive Aspects. You will wish to set aside at least 15 minutes for this process.

Near the top of the paper write the subject of what you want a better vibration set point on. Maybe a subject has caught your attention that you do not desire, you would prefer to not experience it, or maybe you’ve attained a large bit of judgment about this subject and resent yourself for it. Write down what that is. Now notice that you know what you don’t want and the contrast has helped you to hone the desire of what you actually desire. Your task is to put down in detail you want. And keep turning your desire to the better feeling desire. Put down lists of what you appreciate about what IS functioning, what’s good, what you have that you DO like, even about the present situation. Look for aspects of your life to be grateful for in the situation and in any outside or related life situation. This will turn you to the positive attraction setting. You’ll create what you desire rather than negative intentions. Test it out for yourself. Isn’t it time you had everything you wanted?
